Standard All-Wheel Drive

The entry-level Crosstrek comes with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers up to 152 horsepower. The Sport, Wilderness, and Limited trims all comes with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers an impressive 182 horsepower. X-MODE

In fact, the Wilderness trim comes with lifted suspension, offering drivers 9.3 inches of total ground clearance. Hill-Descent Control
The X-MODE feature also has a hill-descent control setting. This is complemented by a hill-start assist feature. These technologies make it easier for you to maintain your speed and control as you travel steep terrain.
Strong Roof Rails
Your Crosstrek comes standard with strong roof rails that can handle up to 700 pounds of cargo. This allows you to bring along all your outdoor gear, including items like a rooftop tent or kayak. These roof rails also come with extra tie-down points.
A Wider Rear Gate
Outdoor adventures are better when you can easily load up all your best gear, which is easy to do with the Crosstrek’s new, wider rear gate. The wider gate opens up to a cargo area of 19.9 cubic feet. Folding down the 60/40 split second-row seats expands this space, creating a maximum cargo volume of 54.7 cubic feet. An available built-in cargo area light is a great way to easily keep track of all your gear on overnight trips.
