The pre-collision braking system works by monitoring the area in front of the vehicle to alert you about potential obstacles and automatically apply the brakes to avoid an accident. 

The lane departure with sway warning feature ensures you stay centered in your lane, and offers some steering support to intervene if the vehicle begins to sway into a different lane. Automatic emergency steering can activate to briefly steer the vehicle around an obstacle that might cause a collision.
